Update, rollback, removal, and migration
Preserve reviewed evidence through package changes, migrate baselines as new revisions, and remove Performance Lab without deleting shared Core unexpectedly.
Performance Lab 26.9.0 uses the exact bundled internal Release Core 26.8.5 package declared by its package dependency and verified lock. Release Core is not a separately published product. Before updating, archive reviewed baseline/history data and any release evidence needed to reproduce previous decisions.
After an update, review changelog and schema/API migration notes, then rerun the representative sample and CI workflows before accepting new release evidence. A package downgrade is a new environment for validation; do not assume evidence created by a newer schema is writable by an older package.
Baseline migration creates a reviewed new revision and keeps prior authenticated history. Rollback changes the selected revision without rewriting history.
To remove Performance Lab, stop active runs, archive or delete project-owned performance evidence according to your retention policy, remove the Performance Lab package, and remove Release Core only when no other installed Kiwi Studios product depends on it. Runtime capture components are injected for builds and are not permanently written into customer scenes.
